THE CASE FOR PENNY STOCKS
Many financial advisers tell small investors to resist the temptation to invest in small cap penny stocks. They say that such stocks are low-priced for a reason, that their values are often inflated by hype, and that they generally reflect the allure of a “get rich quick” plan, which plans almost never work.
The above advice is sound, but is small comfort for the small investor who would like to apply individual judgment to investment choices, rather than “settling” for the drab world of mutual funds. We at BulletStocks can offer a solution.
First and foremost, we have absolutely no interest in the stocks we suggest. Most of us regularly receive spam broadcasts touting this or that penny stock. Invariably, these are generated by people hoping to “hype up” the price of the stock in question so they can make money selling the same. This is illegal, and BulletStocks simply never engages in this practice. (Also, if you “track” these stock picks, they usually do not pan out very well.)
Second, we research our finds, and only suggest stocks which we believe will go up, at least in the long term. Obviously, we can make no guarantees but we back our picks with specific reasons why we think the stocks in question will do well.
Third, and most inmportant, we do not pretend to offer anything resembling a path to overnight riches. It is axiomatic that anything which sounds too good to be true almost certainly is. We simply provide an opportunity for the small investor to invest in small cap penny stocks with a real opportunity for a high long-term yeild.
